The practice values the opinions of its patients and actively encourages comments and suggestions. Patient feedback is a very important tool for identifying and highlighting areas that require improvement, and also gives patients the opportunity to feedback positive comments which is important for staff morale.
This survey was undertaken over a variety of different days during November 2018. Members of our Patient Participation Group distributed surveys at both Brinsworth and Whiston sites, to ensure a diverse range of responses were received.
